Is RegDefense registry cleaner free to download and use on my desktop computer at home?

I was just wondering if this application was free to use. I’m not if you have to register and when you register does that mean you have to pay for the program? Any tips will help greatly!!

Registry Cleanup WIzard? How do I get rid of it?

I have this spyware(I think) called registrycleanupwizardXP. It keeps making these popups on my pc that I need to go to registrycleanXP or something like that and download some software to clean my registry. I have Norton360(brand new) but it won’t detect this thing. How do I get Norton to get rid of it?
