BSOD Windows Vista Problem?
Posted under Registry Repair Software by adminThank you for reading my question I really appreciate your help:
Recently I’ve been getting the BSOD (Blue screen of death) my OS is Windows Vista. Right now I’m not using my computer as the other one only works for 3 min then it gives me the bsod. The things I suspect might have caused it was when I cancelled the “windows 2011 essentials” update after it was taking over an hour to download, and minutes after bosd popped up. On the list of updates there was an Nvidia update that said it had failed to update maybe 3 days before, I’m not sure if that has anything to do.
The first time I saw it it was while browsing the web
Then it even appeared while in Safe-Mode.
When I was in Safe-Mode the computer froze 3 times while trying to enter some folders when I was trying to backup some stuff.
I understand this might be a software or a Hardware problem, This is what I’ve done to try to solve this problem:
System restore, apparently it worked but when I reset BSOD came back up.
Registry analysis and fixing, still bsod.
Anti-virus, nothing and still bsod.
Used Disk-cleanup
I also opened up my PC and like I do once a month cleaned inside, with a can of compressed-air and then vacuumed close to it but not to close cause I was told static might damage it so I’m aware of that.
I plugged my PC somewhere else to check if it was something related to power supply.
I don’t know what it could be, anyone know what I could try? I’m going to get the windows disk and try to repair it. If use the windows disk while it format my computer? Or will it keep all my files there? Cause it doesn’t let me backup anything
Thanks for reading this and for your answers!

Probably you have a bad RAM block. As far as some data is loading in that block you get BSOD.
To backup your data you can run Windows in Safe Mode
I think the following link answers your backup questions.

You can use a Registry Easy http://perfect-your-computer.com It works by scanning each file and then checking to see if it’s corrupt or causing problems. If they find that it is broken, the registry cleaner will replace or fix the file for you . You should have a try! Good Luck!
