Question about cleaning my computer..?

Does anyone know any 100% free downloadable software I can use to clean out my registry and all other parts of my pc? I am tired of downloading so called computer cleaning software just to find that u have to be registered with the sit to get the full usage of the system. I want something 100% free and easy. Please do not tell me about RegCure, or Ccleaner as I have already tried those and u have to register and buy something if u want full use of their program.

I wanted to install the latest version of ‘Music-match JukeBox’ but failed. I could not un install the old version fully. While trying un install through ‘add/remove’ command, an error message appears saying ‘Can not be removed, It is used by another programme’. I faced similar problem for other two software. Can the Registry cleaner fix the problem and set it right ? Is it easy for a novishbeginnerr like me to operate ? would be thankful if you pl.explain in a bit details, as if you are training a novish.

My computer has been acting goofy lately, after running all sorts of scans, i removed viruses and such but i think a lot of my problems are coming from my registry. I downloaded something called the registry mechanic. It told me i had close to 1,000 problems that needed to be removed from my registry. The software said it was free, but to my dismay, its only a free detection and that is all i have been able to find. Does anyone know a free registry cleaner and remover? Please let me know, thank you
