Get Your Computer In Top Shape With A Free Registry Fix

Posted under Registry Repair Software

Computers are a wonderful invention. They have improved efficiency by drastic measures over the years. Unfortunately, they can also be particularly frustrating. If you have been experiencing problems such as slow down with your PC, it can be because of the a cache that is too full, a desktop that is overcrowded or errors in the computers signals. Cleaning up your folders, running a disk defragmentation and downloading a free registry fix could help you with some of those issues. While there are actually many issues that could cause a slowdown, the most common ones may be fixed at home using simple downloadable tools and a bit bit of know how.

If you run the internet often, the overflowing cache can be your problem. Your cache uses virtual memory to remember pages. The reasoning behind this is that is takes less time for a page to load after it has loaded at a previous point in time. That’s because the computer has seen the page before and therefore ‘remembers’ it. That makes it faster and simpler for the PC to piece together the pixels that make the page. If you use the internet too often without emptying your cache, it will become bogged down with information. Cleaning your cache often is essential. If this doesn’t improve the speed, it’s time to try the other quick solutions, such as desktop clean off and a free registry fix.

Cleaning your desktop may be done is several ways, but a quick manual method is to right click on an icon of a program that you don’t use often; when the list of options appears, click delete. You is going to be asked if you’re sure you prefer to move the shortcut to the recycle bin. If you’re sure, click yes. This does not remove the whole program, just the shortcut that is cluttering your desktop. You should also run a disk cleanup and a disk defragmentation. Hopefully this will solve your issues. If not, it is time to run a free registry fix.

When you add programs and applications to your computer, files are stored within the main database. All too often, a path is crossed which causes errors within the database. These errors can show up as invalid file associations, empty uninstall entries, useless file extensions, and even nonexistent files. A free registry fix can hunt down these errors and correct them for you. While this may be done manually, it is not recommended unless you are a trained computer technician. Removing the incorrect entries can cause irreversible damage in some instances. Downloading a no cost solution that may do the work for you is often a better option than chancing the loss of your important files, folders and other pertinent information!

When a computer is running correctly, it can be your best friend, but the second it starts to slow down, instinct wants you to give it a quick kick. While that can not take care of the issue, the steps listed here should. A good cleanup, a defrag and a free registry fix are easily accomplished tasks. If your PC is running better afterward, you will likely be glad you took the time.

Registry fix freeware is a great way to get your computer up to speed. To learn more about computer registry cleaning options please, go to our website for additional information.

USB Error/Error Code 43?

Posted under Registry Repair Software

Hi!

I have an external HDD ("LaCie LaCinema Classic" 500GB Multimedia HDD) which recently stopped getting recognized by my Computer (MSI Motherboard, Intel P4, Win 7 Ultimate 32bit) after I installed my new mobile phone (SonyEricsson Vivaz Pro).

I uninstalled the phone software etc., but the problem still persists. I also have a "Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird 1TB" external HDD, which had the same problem initially but now works even if I install the phone (after I used a registry repair program).

If I try uninstalling/reinstalling the device in device manager, the mouse suddenly switches on/off permanently (including windows disconnect/reconnect sound), and everytime it reconnects it installs a new "unknown device" under the "other devices" section in device manager (must be at least 20-30 in there now).

I tried connecting the LaCie HDD to a Laptop running Vista Home Premium, but the same problem occured. I also tried replacing the USB cable, using another port, uninstalling the device in device manager and (as recommended on other sites) unplugging the computer from the power supply.
The HDD is definately still working though as it still shows/plays all files when I connect it to the TV and use the multimedia function via remote control.

I can’t find any useful advice, and I also can’t any proper drivers for either the drive or the USB controller. LaCie doesn’t have any proper support downloads etc. on their website.

Please help, I’m desperate to find a solution.

Thanks a lot in advance

What is causing my PC to randomly blue screen crash and have trouble restarting?

Posted under Registry Repair Software

My PC a bit less than 3 years old. I run Windows Vista. About a month ago, it started to randomly crash to a blue screen and restart. Sometimes, it has trouble even moving beyond the start up screen and I have to manually shut it down several times. Windows prompts me to launch the start up repair utility and I have managed to actually do it …. once……and it resulted in an alert from Windows saying "Windows could not repair the problem". Once the computer actually restarts, I get a Windows Event Log Message about the blue screen error and it tells me that my Roxio PX Engine needs updated to solve the problem. I went to the website, updated the engine and it seemed to work ……………… for about a week. Then blue screen, crash, restart all over again with the same message that I need to update the PX Engine. I have updated all my drivers, scanned/cleaned my registry, malware scanned the entire system, installed all the updates from Microsoft and still have random trouble. I have not added any new hardware in several months, but there is one software item I added last month….I downloaded an expansion pack game from GameTap. It runs and plays just fine and has never crashed while the game is active. Any ideas what to do next?

My Dell inspiron 1501 with win vista won't run because the registry is corrupt?

Posted under Registry Repair Software

when you restart it, it goes into startup repair, and it can’t fix the problem, then it restarts and does it over and over and over again, even if i select start windows normally. I tried to restore back to factory settings, and a box came up that said error… that’s all it said! i tried all of the restore options and none of them worked. luckily i had already saved my personal files to an external hard drive (maybe that’s the software that messed it up to begin with) just a week ago. Help! i really wanna get this laptop going so i can send it to my husband in afghanistan so we can hear from each other more than once a week!

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command]
@="\"%1\" %*"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe]

"Content Type"="application/x-msdownload"

Save this as fix.reg to your Desktop (remember to select Save as file type: All files in Notepad.)
Double Click fix.reg and click YES for confirm.
Reboot your computer.

thats exactly what i did, and when i rebooted my computer some of my files on my desktop

I'm working with Windows XP Service Pack 3?

Posted under Registry Repair Software

It’s a Dell desktop. I have 512MB RAM and 24% of free space left on the hard drive. It’s been sluggish lately. I have anti virus, registry repair, anti spam and malware installed. To get better performance do I delete some software and files to free up some space or upgrade my RAM? Do (family) pictures take up alot of hard drive space? I tend to keep alot of old emails. Should I delete them too? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
