The System has been shut down

After getting a few answers i tried repairing the Xp.The repair did start, but later gave me the following Errors

It also gave an error saying that there is some problem with my hardware and i should remaove and install them

I am unable to reboot the XP.Please guide and help
Guys please help to sort out the issue..Dont wanna reinstall XP,as there are loads of software..Can some1 help me recover/repair the system????thnx

  1. Jing{KOB} Said,

I’ll be honest I don’t know how to help, but I must warn you that the previous answer to delete your C:\Windows\System32 folder is A BAD IDEA, please please do not do this, doing this will break your computer completely and require a reinstillation.
Many people tell others to do that to be mean to people that don’t know things about computers, I urge you not to delete that folder and find a better solution.

I wish I could help you with your problem, but I’m also rather perplexed as to your errors, my only guess is that something tried to write to the ’0′ memory location which can be fatal to the system, but other than that I’m also clueless.

Please heed my warning, do NOT delete C:\Windows\System32 no matter what you do, don’t do that. Thank you.

  2. Frank Said,

Delete everything in the C:\Windows\System32, then hold the power button to turn the computer off.
