   CCleaner is a good one, registry errors are not formed by viruses (although I suppose they could be). When you uninstall programs and make changes to your computer registry entries are not always deleted. From my experience not much of a difference (if any) is made, but it’s worth a shot.

   If u don’t uninstall programs completely and leave its registry keys there, day by day, it will be messed up.
   Some virus can change the registry keys of programs and users can’t run any programs and get error messages.

   Well you’re going to get two answers here.

   Most people will tell you to use the free cleaner "CCleaner" which u can get from http://www.ccleaner.com – but this is BAD because it just tries to find as many problems as possible to make itself look good (why else would it be free)?

   You need to be careful with the regsitry because it’s a crucial part of your system. If you screw up one of the important files inside it, you’re going to have BIG problems down the line… so you need to be sure the registry cleaner you use will be as "delicate" as possible with your PC.
