How to uninstall a software/program entirely from a PC?

Posted under Registry Cleaning Software by admin

Hi,
Is there any way to uninstall a software entirely, meaning there will be no trace remaining made by the software in Windows registry or elsewhere?I think it will help reinstall afresh a trial version sw in the same pc (Windows-XP) where it was installed earlier and finished its trial period…Plz refer if any software is available for such clean un-installation..
Any suggestion is really appreciated..
thanx in advance..

If you’re trying to get an expired TRIAL version of a program to start the trial period again, you can’t.

The purpose of "trialware" is to give you a taste so you will want to BUY it.

If you named the program, maybe we could suggest a free alternative.

if you have just used the uninstall feature in the program you should make sure that under control panel -> add or remove programs… that the program isnt listed there

  3. parthsavi Said,

Go to control panel and go to "add remove programs" –> for XP and "programs and features" –> for Vista. See the software which you want to uninstall and proceed. This should help to uninstall the software completely from the computer. The other way is to go to
    Start–> Programs–>
over here you will see the folder of your software. Click on that folder and for most cases you should see the uninstall tab out there…Click on it and you’re done
