I want to service my computer, any suggestions?

Is there anything I should add?
Open it up and attack it with a can of spray air, especially on the fans.
Make sure you do a check disc! I recommend CCleaner and you can download it at http://www.filehippo.com.
Sounds like a fairly complete list of things you should do. Although I recommend that the defrag be the LAST thing you do. If you defrag and then update, the new installs with fragment the drive again.

Well, thats Microsofts opinion on the subject.
To make it faster add more RAM.
Registrery cleaners do not do much, but Ccleaner has some useful features.
http://www.blackviper.com/ has some advice on start-up programs, like which you do not need.
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/online/ is very useful to tell you your security vulnerabilities and let you update the programs which are used to allow malware in, which are usually browsers/adobe/java
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ plus Windows firewall to stop any nasties.
