Registry Cleaner software removed all the registrys – please help?
Posted under Registry Cleaning Software by adminAccidentally the registry cleaner software was run in my laptop and all the registrys in all the categories including software applications were deleted and removed, when iam starting the system the windows xp is opening but no single application including 'control panel' 'my documents' are not opening, dear friends i request you all to solve this problem and guide me properly what to do without formating the harddisk as I have valuable date in the disk. Thank you in advance







You'll probably need to reinstall Windows. Check the program that removed the registry entries for a restore option. If it doesn't have that then you could try doing a Windows repair by booting from the Windows Installation disk. You might want to find someone to help you with that.
Smart people back their data up. So A you must not be very smart, or B your data isn't that important.

If u ve one more system in ur house then just copy the whole registry on the desktop and burn it on the cd and then run the cd on ur laptop and the probe wud be solved.
Restoring the Windows XP registry
To restore the system back to an earlier point follow the below steps.
Click Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore
Select the Restore my computer to an earlier time option and click next
Select the day and the restore point you wish to restore and
