Registry errors/ Repair?

Posted under Registry Repair Software by admin

I keep getting a popup saying that I have "critical registry errors" which has a web address www.helpfix.com. as i didn’t trust buying software from them I purchased RegCure as recommended in Yahoo Answers and cleared all problems. My problem now is that I still get the popup with the same message which shuts the computer down, I have contacted www.helpfix.com, but get an auto reply saying they will get back to me within 48hrs to date I have resent 8 times in the last two weeks ( after each 48hr period).
Please help, how can I get rid of this popup and what can I do to get this aparantly scam site dealt with?
Thanks, John

The only thing I could recommend is to get an anti-adware and anti-spyware and run full system scans, if you havn’t already.

http://www.helpfix.com is your problem.Go to http://www.threatfire.com, download and install Threatfire.Get off the internet and run a full scan,it will take about 2 hours but your problem will be gone.

Since I started using NTREGOPT (see below) my computer is running great. It’s a Registry Cleaner. I don’t think the registry has much to do with pop-ups though. You should have a popup blocker on your computer somewhere. More then likely, look around in your Anti-Virus software. When you’re in the software, check and see if your Firewall is on. That could be your problem, if it is not on. Good luck.
