Try Advanced Windows Care from Iobit. It is free and it is great. It cleans and repairs your registry as well as does some other system checks and fixes, analyzes your system for security, spyware defenses, etc. as well. Get it here:

CCleaner and advanced windows care 2 work great for me one picks up what the other misses and vice versa. They are both free and come with extra add ons which are quite good.
