I do not suggest you use any programs downloaded from Internet either that can cause more problems than solve. You can clean your PC without software purchases. try it your self first then if it still needs cleaning then go to a retailer and purchase cleaning software

   Many (too many) of the so-called registry cleaners are simply malware in disguise.

   Yes they can delete files that youll need if you want to restore to a previous time. You have to be very careful what you delete.

   Just use one that basically does it all for you and the simple lest,i recommend using ccleaner it has a defrag and a registry cleaner,you won’t lose anything important,i promise!
