    I have RegCure installed on my machine, but I have had a couple of minor problems with it. For instance, it initially rendered Outlook Express inoperable! In fainess though, I have found the Technical Help Team to be very cooperative in coming up with solutions to operational problems! Though I think with hindsight, probably clearing out some Cookies and Temporary Internet Files and a good defrag would have done the job for free!

    start->settings->control panel->add or remove….

    2. Reoot your computer in safe mode:
    When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

    3. If still not working, you can try to use a registry cleaner to help you out

    Many people will tell you to get CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com) because it’s free but it’s actually very BAD for your PC. Basically, it just tries to clean as many files as possible off your computer which is bad for a registry cleaner.
