   give them a look see, most of the ones i see are cookies, empty keys, invalid file paths, i have mine delete them, mine also makes a backup, just in case, sometimes with some cleaners, you can make a mistake and delete the wrong file. if you use ccleaner, you will be fine, i have not had anything bad happen by deleteing all found. if you use aml registry cleaner, you better check each one to make sure.

   i don't think that to use a registry cleaner software.
   use a good antivirus or spyware removal instead.

   and i never seen that registry cleaner helped me any way.

   Well you're going to get two answers here.

   Most people will tell you to use the free cleaner "CCleaner" which u can get from http://www.ccleaner.com – but this is BAD because it just tries to find as many problems as possible to make itself look good (why else would it be free)?

   You need to be careful with the regsitry because it's a crucial part of your system. If you screw up one of the important files inside it, you're going to have BIG problems down the line… so you need to be sure the registry cleaner you use will be as "delicate" as possible with your PC.
