2. Download and install easycleaner – one of the safest. Run the registry and shortcuts options.

3. Download and run reg defrag

As an alternative to the first steps you can download and install advance system care and run it!

4. Download winpatrol – stop any programs from starting that you don’t need and delay other non-essential programs

5. You can also stop any non essential services from starting check the blackviper site for reference

NB if you are lucky you might get a full license for free for advance system care pro by following the instructions here – legal!

and then go http://www.system-tools-software.com/free-registry-defrag/ to download a totally free registry defrag to clean up your registry thoroughly.
