   I use Ccleaner, but mainly because it includes alot of other Pc cleaning stuff in it , so for me theres not much point getting another program that may be marginally better.
   Give it a spin, it’s free and includes a ton of stuff other than just the registry cleaner.

   There is a software called Ace Utilities.
   This software has a inbuilt Registry Cleaner which is the best I have come across and it’s safe. I never had any problems with it so far.

   There is a software pack called Tune-Up Utilities which also has a Registry Cleaner, this registry cleaner causes me problems every time I use it, so I won’t recomend it though the older versions were better.

   Other Registry cleaners I have no idea, I won’t bother experimenting as my system is 5yrs old and I want her to keep running for longer.
